Who we're looking for
We welcome dedicated clinicians who value ethical practice, professional growth, and meaningful client relationships. Our hybrid model offers both insurance-based and private-pay services, providing flexibility and high clinical standards. We are seeking professionals comfortable working in both settings.
Dedicated professionals
Licensed or license-eligible counselors, therapists, and social workers with experience serving children, adolescents, and adults. Interests in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, and life transitions are a plus.
Shared values
We seek individuals who demonstrate empathy, reliability, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, committed to culturally responsive and inclusive care. Bilingual and multicultural clinicians are encouraged to apply.
Rewarding compensation
Licensed clinicians bringing four or more established clients are eligible for highly competitive compensation. Graduate interns are compensated based on experience.
