What types of therapy are offered?
We offer a range of therapeutic approaches including Bibliotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Grief Counseling, Couples Counseling, Trauma-focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Solution-focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). We utilize an integrative approach, often blending CBT with Person-Centered Therapy.
What is the fee for a session?
An intake session, where we first meet to discuss your background, concerns, and counseling goals, costs $150. All subsequent sessions are $125 each.
What kinds of worries do people often share before starting therapy?
Many people express concerns about confidentiality, fear of being judged, or uncertainty about the process and whether therapy will truly help. We ensure a completely confidential, non-judgmental, and supportive space for you to explore your feelings and find solutions.
Do you accept health insurance?

What are the benefits of self-pay?
Choosing self-pay offers several benefits, including increased privacy as we do not need to issue a diagnosis to insurance companies. If you wish to improve your life without a formal diagnosis on your medical records, self-pay may be the best option for you.
Do clients pay before, or after a session?
Clients are required to pay for their session before it begins.
How do clients pay?
We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including Mastercard, VISA, PayPal, Venmo, and Ca$h app, or cash. Please note that checks are not accepted.
