About
About Iisha Reyes
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and mother of three. I work with individuals from the age of 18 and above. I specialize in working with issues related to grief, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, marital and relationship issues, life changes, career goals, and more.
I emphasize a holistic approach to counseling, considering the client's mental, spiritual, and physical needs. Clients have a safe and reassuring space to grow in my office.

My experience includes volunteering at New Hope for Kids, where I helped children ages 3 to 17 cope with the loss of a loved one. I acted as a pyscho-social rehabilitation specialist, where I aided parents in developing skills to discipline their children, promote consistency, communicate positively, schedule and organize their lives effectively, and boost their children's self esteem. In my previous role as a targeted case manager, I connected adults with mental health disorders with community resources to access housing, food, clothing, and healthcare.

Before becoming a therapist, my husband and I owned and ran various businesses within the music, clothing design, home improvement, and real estate fields. I use my experience creating businesses to assist clients in planning their next steps--crafting business plans and overcoming financial challenges, particularly during a time of change.
